Custom double side tape is widely used in DIY projects and industry like clothing and plate making adhesive. The Double Side Tape has different thickness that ranged from 70g to 110g. The most common thickness in market is 70g and 80g which is for students and office usage. The adhesive for double side tape has water based, solvent and hot melt type. Different type of adhesive have different application. The most common in stationery store is hot melt, for clothing production, the solvent adhesive is most popular because solvent is more stable in hot temperature. The water based double tape is lower cost than solvent adhesive but with less sticky performance on foam type product. Compared with the hot melt type, if customer worry about the strong irritating odor, we recommend the water base and solvent type that could be less smell.
