Tape LCL Container Warehouse Service

Our adhesive tape factory provided attentive and efficient loading service for a customer’s 40-foot container. The goods consisted one-third of adhesive tapesproduced by our factory, and two-thirds of the container was filled with the customer’s own products, including furniture, screws, Stretch Films, pneumatic fittings & nylon tubes, EPDM strips and other items.

Prior to loading, our team maintained thorough communication with the customer. We carefully planned the loading sequence, analyzed the stacking characteristics of each product: identifying which items were pressure-resistant and which required careful handling to avoid compression. We also optimized the container space by mapping out suitable positions for different goods to maximize space utilization and ensure cargo stability.

Our warehouse staff worked diligently and overtime until 8 PM to complete the entire loading process. Despite the diverse mix of goods, we arranged all products properly, secured the cargo safely and finished loading the full container efficiently.
