Strict quality checks run through every production stage. Tests are carried out when adhesive is coated onto the film base. Further inspections are performed on the production line during the slitting process. Random sampling tests are conducted throughout slitting and packaging procedures. Before shipment, quality‑control staff conduct final checks, covering both visual appearance and key physical performance indicators of the tapes.
