1 inch Core Packing Tape with Dispenser

1 inch paper core tapeis new product in these years. Normally the most common Packaging Tape is 3 inch core because the hand use size comes with 3 inch core tape dispenser. The small size paper core tape is compatible with outdoor and temporary package task that could fit into small tool box or pocket. The size for 1 inch core tape usually comes with less than 50m length, width would be 48mm or 50mm. It is popular in online sales now because the mini package help save storage cost and being more outstanding than the regular tapes.

The 1 inch paper core tape is the same BOPP material and arcylic adhesive combined tape. The only different point is the core size. The production for both 1 inch and 3 inch would require different slitting machine. The regular 3 inch tape use automated air pressure type slitting machine while the 1 inch use smaller slitting machine, the effiency for both tapes are different.  The package for 1 inch tape has mainly two types. One is the individual package and the other would be to put in the 3 inch core tape to ship together.
