Ultra-low viscosity PE protective film

Features: ultra-low viscosity PE protective film thickness ≥ 0.03mm±0.003mm, peel strength ≤ 5g/cm, temperature resistance 60 °C.

Uses: Suitable for organic plates, instrumentation, display screens, glass lenses, plastic lenses, etc.
 

Low viscosity PE protective film

Characteristics: low viscosity PE protective film thickness≥ 0.03mm± 0.003mm, peel strength 10~20g/cm, temperature resistance 60 °C.

Uses: Suitable for steel mirror plate, titanium, glossy plastic plate, silk screen printing, nameplate, etc.
 

Medium to low viscosity PE protective film

Characteristics: medium and low viscosity PE protective film thickness≥ 0.03mm±0.003mm, peel strength 30~50g/cm, temperature resistance 60 °C.

Usage: Suitable for furniture polaroid board, stainless steel plate, tile, marble stone, artificial stone, etc.
 

Medium viscosity PE protective film

Characteristics: medium viscosity PE protective film thickness≥ 0.05mm± 0.003mm, peel strength 60~80g/cm, temperature resistance 60 °C.

Uses: Suitable for fine grain matte board and general difficult-to-stick material surface protection.
 

High viscosity PE protective film

Features: high viscosity PE protective film thickness≥ 0.05mm± 0.003mm, peel strength 80~100g/cm, temperature resistance 60 °C.

Uses: Suitable for fine grain matte board, aluminum-plastic board, refractory plastic board, etc.
 

Ultra-high viscosity PE protective film

Features: Ultra-high viscosity PE protective film thickness ≥ 0.04mm±0.003mm, peel strength > 100g/cm, temperature resistance 60 °C.

Uses: Suitable for difficult materials such as rough grain aluminum plate.
